If you are selected for Audit, you’ll be required to submit details of all your accreditations at once, covering the last twelve months.
Please ensure you’ve met all the necessary requirements outlined on the Trainer Reaccreditation page before submitting.
Training CPD
Please show your one training CPD activity from the last twelve months. You need to complete a Trainer Reflective Statement for each CPD activity. We recommend you complete them shortly after the activity.
You must also include evidence of your Trainer CPD activities. For webinars with no certificate and reading, we will accept the Reflective Statement only
Training Supervision Log
You must receive a minimum of two hours of support or supervision per year for the training you lead, primarily from qualified CBT therapists.
Training Reference
Your training supervisor must provide a reference directly to us within four weeks of your audit submission.
Training Evaluation Form
Make sure at least one form comes from a trainee or an organisation representative who has attended your training. You can use your own form if you prefer.
You can use either your own evaluation form or the form which can be downloaded below. Upload these forms as part of your Trainer Accreditation application.
Provision of Training Log
You are expected to have completed a minimum of 20 hours of training within one year.
Tip: It’s a good idea to update your Provision of Training Log shortly after each activity while the details are fresh.
This should be uploaded as part of your Audit.
