Acceptable CPD activities and evidence
For both First Accreditation Audit and Reaccreditation, you are expected to engage in a minimum of five CBT CPD activities per year. These should cover a range of topics and may be drawn from the learning and development activities below. This must include at least six hours of CBT skills workshop(s) each year. We recommend you check that these are taught by trainers with appropriate CBT training.
Courses, workshops, reading, online content, podcasts and broadcasts must be aimed at mental health professionals and presented by or include substantial contributions by experts in the problems discussed. They should be relevant to your clinical practice and role.

You are also required to include supporting evidence for your CPD activity and Reflective Statement.
In addition to the examples below, your Reflective Statement should provide the assessor with good evidence of your engagement in the activity as well as information relating to how this has contributed to your CBT practice development.
The assessors may contact you if they require any further information or evidence in relation to any of your activities.
