- keep up to date with your annual accreditation maintenance fee. This is due every year on the anniversary of your accreditation, regardless of any extensions. You can check this fee in the Annual Fees section here. There is no separate submission fee for your FAA.
The Audit process
The documents you will need are here:
FAA submission form – Submission instructions are detailed on page 1 of the form.
Supervision log – Please ensure it shows how you meet supervision requirements, including at least two episodes of live supervision
Reflective statement – For all CPD activities
Supervisor’s Reports – provided by your current supervisor. If you have been with them for less than six months, a report from your previous supervisor is also required. The reports must be emailed directly by the Supervisors to accreditation.reports@babcp.com
Processing Timeframes
You should submit on your audit due date (or up to 4 weeks after this date). If you require additional time due to a break in practice or through not meeting requirements please see here.
Due to high volumes, the processing times can vary. However, you remain accredited and on the CBT Register whilst we process your submitted audit. We will not end your accreditation without notification and there are no automatic expiry dates unless your membership and/or accreditation maintenance fees are not paid on time.
