Online Annual General Meeting
How it works
Our next Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place online at 7pm on Monday 5 December 2022.
All members (as at 11 November 2022) will have received an email notifying them of the meeting. Full details of how to attend, and to vote on resolutions, will be sent to members ahead of the advance voting opening on 28 November.
How do I vote?
There will be a number of resolutions put to members. These will be confirmed by email, along with a unique code for each member to access the online voting system, and the AGM, where votes can also be cast. This email will be sent by UK Engage, who will manage our AGM voting system.
All members will be able to vote in advance of the meeting, with a final cut-off time ahead of the meeting to allow for administration of these votes to be held securely by UK Engage. Members who wish to attend the AGM will be able to vote during the meeting, when prompted top do so by the meeting Chair.
How do I attend the AGM?
The meeting will be held on Zoom. You will receive an email from UK Engage with a hyperlink to join the meeting at 7pm on Monday 5 December. You will need to input the unique access code when prompted, which will also be included in the email to you.
You will then see the Zoom meeting on your device screen.
How do I vote at the meeting?
The meeting Chair will announce during the meeting when each resolution is to be voted on. You will then see each resolution and the voting options available to you. Click ‘Submit’ to cast your vote. Each resolution will appear one at a time, when the Chair tells the meeting that each vote is open. The Chair will also announce when voting for each resolution is to close. You will be allowed good time to cast your vote.
