You may be aware that we have recently introduced a new website and membership management system. These changes were important upgrades to strengthen our infrastructure and, in the longer term, provide an improved service for all members.
As with any major transition, there have been some technical challenges since launch. These are outside of our direct control, but we are working hard to resolve them as a priority. We know this has affected some of our usual processes- particularly around renewals, declarations, and membership updates- and we appreciate that this has caused concern. Please be reassured that if you are among those affected, your membership status remains secure and will not be impacted.
Our staff are putting in considerable effort to both manage the day-to-day work and help the new system settle in, while also responding to your queries as quickly as possible.
Looking ahead, these improvements will enable us to reduce delays, strengthen communication, and streamline processes, helping us to provide a smoother and more efficient service in the future.

BABCP members should read all future emails carefully, especially renewal notices and declaration requests, as processes are likely to have changed.

Declarations and First Accreditation Audit submissions
If you are due to have made a Declaration or submit your First Accreditation Audit, we will email you with a link to complete this form online.

Applications
Membership and Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioner (MHWP) Registrations are now available for applications via the website.
PWP, CWP & EMHP Registrations are now available for applications via the website.
We continue to work on processing applications made via previous processes and will update individual applicants on their applications as soon as awards can be made.
The following services will continue to be available with the current paper-based process, until available within the website:
