Focus areas
- Advance the theory and practice of behavioural and cognitive therapies with couples.
- Promote scientific research with couples aligned with BABCP frameworks, fostering the development of research ideas and collaborations.
- Support the application of evidence-based practices, including assessment, therapy, and consultancy for couples.
- Improve BABCP membership by providing a professional home for Behavioural Couple Therapists.
- Provide opportunities and support for members meeting the criteria to become Accredited members of BABCP.
- Create a forum for members to discuss relevant matters related to working with couples
