Personal Lived Experiences of Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHP) working in Mental Health Support Teams

I am inviting qualified Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs) who have been working in an MHST for at least one year (post qualification) to take part in my doctoral research. This study aims to explore the lived experiences of EMHPs, including how they make sense of their emotional, organisational, and systemic experiences while working within MHSTs. Participation involves a confidential 60-to-90-minute interview, either via Microsoft Teams or in person (University of Hertfordshire), at a time convenient for you.
