Qualified and trainee practitioners needed to take part in research exploring occupational stress and resilience!
The mental health profession is a highly stressful occupation. We are interested in exploring key psychological processes associated with resilience in mental health practitioners. This will help tailor psychological interventions that aim to promote resilience and reduce work-related stress within this profession.
Who can take part?
You can join if you:
- Are a clinical psychologist or high intensity CBT therapist working part-time or full-time in the NHS or a service treating NHS patients (both qualified and trainee practitioners can take part)
- Are aged 18 years old or above
- Deliver at least 3 individual therapy sessions a week
- Are based in the UK
What’s involved?
The study will be conducted completely online. It consists of two stages:
- Stage 1: initial online survey (≈ 30 minutes)
- Stage 2: follow-up online survey 4- months later (≈ 15 minutes)
Participants will have the opportunity to be entered into a prize draw after completing each stage of the research for the chance to win:
- Stage 1: £50, £75 or £100 online shopping voucher
- Stage 2: £75, £100 or £150 online shopping voucher
