Wellbeing Supervisor’s Reports
If you are sending a report prior to a supervisee making a Registration Application, please send it to wellbeing.reports@babcp.com. Supervisors should send the report directly to this email up to one month before the Application is made. If we do not receive a completed application for registration with payment within one calendar month of receiving a Supervisor’s Report, the application and report will be deleted.
