Costs

a. Irrespective of the outcome of the complaint, no Panel has the power to order one party to pay another party’s costs or expenses arising from the proceedings.

b. BABCP will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Complainant, the Member, or their representatives in connection with any stage of this Procedure.

c. Where a witness is called to give evidence on BABCP’s request, BABCP will reimburse that witness’s reasonable travel expenses upon production of valid receipts and completion of an expense claim form, in accordance with BABCP’s expenses policy in force at the relevant time.
