Our Board of Trustees ensures representation and accountability for the organisation. As a registered charity, Trustees have a legal responsibility to both our members and the public. They oversee BABCP’s strategic direction, ensuring it aligns with our aims and objectives, while safeguarding the organisation’s assets and reputation.
The Board comprises of the President, President Elect/Past President, Honorary Secretary, Honorary Treasurer, and six Ordinary Trustees, along with up to three Trustee Lay Directors. Trustees typically serve for three years, except the President, who serves a total of four years, including a year as President Elect, and a year as Past President.
