Salary: Up to £46,000 dependent on experience

Hours: Between 30 and 37.5 hours per week – flexible to suit you!

We now have additional opportunities for BABCP Accredited CBT Therapists to join our home based, highly regarded award-winning team, as a Team Leader. The role will be split 50/50 delivering remote therapy interventions by telephone and secure video conferencing, as well as managing a team of Therapists to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery.

Job Role

As a homeworking clinician delivering remote therapy interventions your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing 1:1 clinical assessments and interventions via telephone and secure video to our customers
  • Manging an agreed caseload and number of contacts per week
  • Ensuring that treatment is in line with NICE guidelines and evidence-based practice, whilst being individualised to each customer’s needs
  • Ensuring we continue to deliver excellence in clinical, work and satisfaction outcomes

Managerial

  • Fully supporting a team of Therapists to ensure they are in line with company and professional standards
  • Undertake monthly 1:1’s with your team
  • Managing and responding to enquiries from clients, customers, other professionals and relevant organisations
