£37,000 - £45,000 pro-rata for days worked, dependent on experience

We are excited to be recruiting CBT Therapists to join our growing teams and are keen to offer our clinicians a blended approach to work by supporting flexible, remote and hybrid working options. If in-person clinic time particularly resonates with you we will give you the opportunity to see patients face to face as well as remotely (location permitting).

The role

  • Delivering high quality psychological assessment and treatment to patients
  • Working across a diverse clinical caseload with varied clinical presentations and contextual factors
  • Opportunity to develop specialist skills in workplace-focused psychological therapy and delivery of training within this context
  • Opportunity to contribute to service development as the business continues to grow
  • Biweekly individual supervision and specially curated weekly team CPD programme, which alternates between training, peer supervision, self-care and team business meeting slots
  • Provision of annual development plan within annual appraisal structure

The person

  • BABCP accredited CBT Therapist
  • Holder of post graduate Diploma qualification in CBT
  • Experience in a similar role providing high intensity CBT interventions - ideally in Primary Care or workplace/ OH setting
  • Individuals who are keen to develop in their role, learn new skills in new contexts and contribute to service development
  • Individuals who are wishing to offer only online therapy OR those looking for balance and flexibility in offering a mixture of online and face-to-face therapy in one of our dedicated clinic spaces around the country
  • Team player who is keen to be part of a large and growing group of clinicians
  • Experienced working with adults and has a broad range of clinical experience to draw upon
