Oxford CBT is the leading private therapy service in Oxford, supporting individuals and organisations to overcome a range of difficulties to enhance well-being by providing effective high-quality CBT-based interventions for adults, children and their families. Conditions we provide support for include anxiety disorders, depression, eating disorders, sleep difficulties and developmental disorders including Autism and ADHD.
Oxford CBT is thriving and continuing to develop and grow as a service. It's an exciting time for us, and as a result, we are looking to add to our established team. We are seeking 1 x experienced & enthusiastic Clinical Psychologist or CBT Therapist with at least 1 years CAMHS experience, and 1 x Adult CBT Therapist.
A unique and dynamic place to work, with our main clinic based in Oxford, and another clinic in Birmingham, with a vision to expand to other areas. We also offer remote therapy. We would like applicants to be based near one of our clinics so they can offer both face-to-face and online sessions.
At our clinic, we primarily see young people dealing with anxiety, low mood, and behavioural management difficulties.
The position we are offering is part-time and requires a minimum commitment of 5 x 50-minute therapy sessions per week for children and parents including 80-minute assessments. Ideally, hours will include weekday afternoon/evening and a Saturday morning, but availability can be discussed. The position is on a self-employed basis. To thrive as a clinician at Oxford CBT you will need to be highly organised and be a supportive member or our Team. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to really focus on your clients.
