National Clinical Lead 

CBT Therapist – Adults and Young People 

Location: London office, homebased and hybrid working

Hours: up to full time at 37.5 hours per week, flexibility available on how these hours are worked

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience)

Contract type: Part time and Full time opportunities are all permanent roles

You will have unrivalled access to an industry-leading Efficacy CPD programme for 2021. This CPD programme comprises 11 one day workshops and ten 90 minute webinars, delivered by world-renowned speakers including David Clark, Roz Shafran, Anke Ehlers, Michel Dugas, Ed Watkins, Helen Kennerly, Steve Hollon and Jennifer Wild.

  • Experience in providing sound, safe clinical practice whilst meeting clinical SLA & KPI’s
  • Cross functional collaboration to achieve our objectives, e.g. ensuring every client has the opportunity to achieve recovery, working with the senior team on new service developments
  • Effective clinical leadership skills by providing informal support, online management, clinical supervision and/or mentoring
  • BABCP Provisional or Full Accreditation is preferred - Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT qualification) and demonstrate significant post-qualification experience working in a CAMHS/Tier 3 setting delivering CBT to children and young people.
  • Experience working in the corporate private sector a management leadership role with a major mental healthcare organisation
  • Demonstrable experience of working in front-line children and young people mental health services across a range of mental illnesses.
  • Additionally Experience and qualifies as either Clinical Psychology, counselling psychologist, psychotherapist , MHN, or a Social Worker,
