The MHSTs deliver evidence-based interventions using a Cognitive Behavioural Therapeutic (CBT) approach in schools. We also work with schools to develop or enhance their whole school approach to emotional/mental health and wellbeing.

We are looking for people who have:

  • Passion and commitment for working with children and young people

  • Knowledge of school systems
  • Strong organisational skills.

You will receive Clinical and Case Management supervision to support your interventions and have access to comprehensive training opportunities to enhance your skills and develop professionally in your role.

CV and Cover letters are accepted as part of the application process.

Please include confirmation that you have completed the PGCert Children's Wellbeing Practitioner course and can evidence experience of providing CBT informed interventions with children and young people. Applications without this qualification will not be shortlisted.
