Passionate Clinical Lead Required

Dr Julian Medical Group Ltd – Remote Based

Hours: Full-Time 37.5 hours a week (Flexible working arrangement)
Salary: Starting at £63,500 dependent on experience

Your role will be varied with no day being the same.  Responsibilities include:

  • To work as a senior clinician, providing an advanced level of psychological expertise in assessment, advice and treatment
  • To propose and develop clinical procedures and policies, taking account the policies of the company as a whole, ensuring policies remain compliant and in line with clinical and NICE
  • guidelines
  • Provide clinical oversight and support the management of our NHS, IAPT and Corporate client relationships
  • Take overall responsibility for the supervision and line management of the clinical team, responsible for their appraisal and continuing professional development
  • Assist in the recruitment of therapists and supervisors, ensuring appropriate workforce requirements are met


  • Experience of running an NHS IAPT service as well as non-NHS contracts
  • Proven experience of clinical supervision and management
  • Doctoral level (or equivalent) clinical psychologists, counselling psychologists or CBT Therapists
  • BABCP accreditation is desirable or you can work towards obtaining this during your first year in post
  • HCPC accreditation is mandatory
  • IAPT supervisor qualifications 
  • UK based
  • IT Proficient
