We have an exciting opportunity for Clinical Team Manager to manage and develop a multi-disciplinary team providing clinical services for adult clients of Freedom for Torture in London and SE, in line with a human rights ethos. The post holder will work as part of the management team enhancing the development of the London Clinical Services, contributing to strategic aims relating to the prevention of torture and human rights abuse and to training and capacity building through cooperation with statutory and non-statutory agencies.
The Clinical Team Manager will have direct management responsibility for a team of Senior Clinician’s and indirect management responsibility for a team of Psychological Therapists, Psychiatrists, Health Assessment Doctors, Trainees and Volunteers; and so it is essential for the successful candidate to have relevant experience in managing a team within a therapeutic setting.
The successful candidate will be qualified to Doctorate level in a core therapy profession and will have achieved post-doctoral training/qualification in specific therapeutic modalities e.g. systemic psychotherapy, psychodynamic therapy, CBT.
