CBT Therapists

Salary: Up to £45,839 dependent on experience

Hours: We have both full-time and part-time hours available and are flexible to suit you.

Base: Hybrid working options between home and the clinic to suit your lifestyle.

Background

Blue Talking Therapies is a highly experienced mental health service which offers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), as well as Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR) and Counselling. This allows us to meet everybody’s needs and supply clients with whatever strategy is needed, with evidence-based therapy recommended within the NICE guidelines.

We feel it’s extremely important to offer a team of like-minded people here at Blue, which is about sharing a passion for reducing stigma; we are focussed on promoting and normalising mental health so that more and more people can feel comfortable accessing support – we believe nobody needs to go it alone.

We offer people choice and we’re flexible in the delivery of our services; what makes us different is that we supply the service we would want if we were receiving therapy. It’s discreet, normalised, comfortable and friendly. It’s not one size fits all and the clients get what they need to get better, regardless of what that is.

Is this for you?

We now have additional opportunities for BABCP accredited CBT therapists and provisionally accreditation-ready therapists to join our team. We’re keen to adopt a hybrid working style with a mixture of both home and clinic-based services.

If you share our values, are passionate about delivering clinical excellence in a flexible working environment which encourages you to bring your own style to your work, we’d like to hear from you. Blue invests in people; we want to keep you on our team and are committed to investing back into our staff with regular training, supervision, CPD and all-important get-togethers!

We’re a happy, supportive team and if you’d thrive in this role, progression is available in the company.
