You will be a compassionate and inspiring Residential Practitioner who has demonstrable experience of working in a residential health and social care setting and supporting substance misuse service users. We are looking for someone with the ability to connect quickly with the people we support, treating them respectfully and with dignity. You will be highly organised, with excellent communication skills and able to manage your time effectively.
