An exciting opportunity for a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist has arisen due to the

professional and tailored service to people with stress, anxiety and depressive disorders,
offering a wider range of treatment choices and easy-access to effective and evidence based
psychological therapies, using the stepped care approach.
The post is open to Cognitive Behavioural Therapists holding a postgraduate Diploma in CBT and accredited with the BABCP and or HCPC registered. It is desirable, but not essential, that you have experience of offering supervision to other therapists to provide support and development to the team. Experience of working with a full range of clinical presentations is essential. If you are an engaging, committed and professional therapist, you could work for healthcare rm and help us to continue to provide quality psychological interventions. It is essential that you can conduct high-quality care assessments as well as being able to formulate, plan and monitor effective treatment plans for clients with a focus on rehabilitation, return to work and patient autonomy. We will consider home / remote working with a requirement for successful candidates to attend our head office in Tewkesbury at least twice a month.
You will be a highly motivated and experienced professional who conforms to evidence based therapy models. We will expect you to be a highly organised and supportive member of our team. You will be able to work autonomously and take the lead in organising your own workload. You will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team of therapists, RMNs, and case managers. You will be fully supported in your role with both peer and clinical supervision.
