Norfolk and Waveney Wellbeing (IAPT) Service, NSFT.

CBT Therapists

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our high performing IAPT Service. We are looking for committed clinical staff to join our growing and dynamic team of CBT therapists working across Norfolk. You will be BABCP Accredited (or Accreditable) and able to maintain your own caseload, providing assessment and treatment for people within an IAPT framework. You will receive weekly high quality clinical and case management supervision and there is an in-house CPD programme to meet your development and accreditation needs. You will also benefit from cutting edge research being carried out in the service, focussing on ways of supporting therapists to enhance and develop their skills.

The Wellbeing Service is an enhanced IAPT service, for ages 16 upwards, who want help with common mental health problems of anxiety and low mood. The service is delivered via a partnership between Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation Trust (NSFT), Mind and Relate. We follow a bio-psycho-social model which uniquely includes psychological, employment and social interventions. Our treatments are delivered face to face, by telephone, and online via webinars, skype and computerised CBT.

We are actively seeking to improve the diversity of the staff team to better reflect the community served and so welcome applications from all who are relevantly qualified. To find out more about NSFT and Wellbeing please visit our websites: and
