Hearing Panel Decision

The Hearing Panel having considered all the available evidence, including the admissions made by the Member, have found that the Member has breached the BABCP Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics (“the Standards”).
The Hearing Panel have therefore determined the following sanctions shall apply to the Member for a period of 18 months, namely:

• a requirement that the Member is subject to an independent audit, and
• that the Member is made the subject of a ‘warning order’ which is a signal that the Member will highly likely receive a more severe punishment if they repeat the conduct.
