We are striving toward a complete online application but have not reached that as yet therefore there are still documents which need to be completed and posted to us to complete your membership application.

(1) the Declaration Form REQUIRED- your membership application will not be processed without this completed form. Please complete all questions and sign the form. It can be filled in on your computer; save the form then email a copy to memberservices@babcp.com. If you need to add any further information please do so on additional pages. If you are unable to access the 'word' document above you can download a pdf copy here and send it to us by post.

If you wish to make payment by card please read the instructions on the Declaration form.

(2) If paying by direct debit you will need to complete the direct debit form, and post it to us, we currently do not have the facility to set up direct debits electronically. We can not accept photocopies or faxed copies. 

If you intend to make subscription payments by monthly installments please read this first.

If you have opted for the monthly installments you agree to the terms of the subscription. In opting to pay by monthly installments you acknowledge that this is a 12 month subscription and that failure to maintain monthly installments will result in the total outstanding balance to become payable. 

(3)  Online Application Form      Have you completed the Declaration?       

Your annual membership will begin from the date your application has been approved and the renewal date will be the 1st or 15th of the month: Applications processed between the 9th and 23rd of the month will have renewals on the 15th, applications processed between the 24th and 8th will have renewals on the 1st of the month.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed annually*.  Members who pay by cheque or debit card will receive a renewal reminder one month before renewal is due. Members paying by direct debit will not receive a reminder unless there is a change in the subscription fee.

If you choose not to renew and pay by direct debit please let us know at least 7 days before the renewal date which will be stated on your letter of confirmation. Those who pay by cheque/card should let us know as soon as possible. 

A reduced rate is available for students and those working part time, as well as trainees, assistant psychologists, the unwaged and pensioners.

Subscription fees are reviewed each year and apply from October 1st.
