CBT Today is the official membership magazine of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), the lead organisation for CBT in the UK. The magazine is published quarterly and can also be downloaded from our website.

Advertising can also be carried on the website at any time, for any duration (minimum of one month). Both BABCP members and the general public have access to this website.
